Streit has always been professional and responsive to my questions. For instance, they resolved a GPS issue of vehicles overseas. In all my experience, I had never run across this issue. Not only did they resolve the issue, but they disn't ask for a pop expectation added value. Additionally their staff is always professional and cautioua when dealing with end users. They never to up-sell or over market to users. Great company to deal with.
